The only shared space is the deck, patio, back yard and pool , if The Main Ellison House is rented. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!
