The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Just 5 miles from the Bourgmont Winery & minutes to the Overland Park Arboretum. Kid tent party option , additional cost per guest. Horses do roam the open field.

This private upstairs retreat includes: 2 cozy bedrooms, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, laundry room & patio overlooking the woods, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwind.

Studio Guest House

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!

Come enjoy your stay at our home with a private entrance and outdoor patio in the back of the house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have an entire guest suite to yourself including one bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements.
