It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. The gardens of the main house are available for your use and the secret garden is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or morning coffee. A welcome basket is also provided inc bottle of wine.

Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Although secluded, the cottage is close to the charming victorian spa town of Strathpeffer and the market town of Dingwall. The picturesque fishing town of Ullapool and Ben Wyvis, one of the easier Munros, are both a short drive away. There are many wonderful walks, cycle tracks and fishing lochs close by.
