Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The garden Lodge would also be suitable for people working in the surrounding area. In the lodge there is one bedroom with one double bed, Shower/toilet ,kitchen area comprising of fridge,micro wave, toaster and kettle, there is no oven or hob, In the lounge area there is a smart tv with free wi fi access.

The first thing visitors notice is “the view”. The Bunkhouse offers a unique perspective on secluded Pwlldu Bay. Atop limestone cliffs, The Bunkhouse is nestled in Wales’ first AONB. Nestled peacefully in the quiet hamlet of Horeb, this semi-detached cottage has been finished to a very high standard. It has been tastefully decorated throughout and a lot of welcoming touches have been added e.g. a logburner for cosy nights in. 100 yards from the cottage is the Millenium Coastal Path and across the road the local inn - the Waunwyllt.

The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit.
