The place is a Motel like small studio, very privacy. You have yourown queen bed, toilet and bathroom. It's air conditioned, has a TV and bar fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine,toaster, small stove, sink, sandwich making, and hair dryer, spaces for rest, this room we only have street parking for free and walking distance to the nearest train station is Yennora just 500 metres. The trains can take you to the city or Campbelltown. Major shopping centres are in Fairfield about 1 km away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this flat is conveniently located next to a bus stop or a 800m walk from the station. 12 minutes drive to Sydney Olympic Park, Westfield Burwood or Parramatta - Queen bed, private bathroom and washing machine - Fully equipped, stylish kitchen with stone bench tops & cooking utilities - Private entry and free unlimited parking. -No house party -NO PET ALLOWED.

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Our cozy, rustic, private room with separate shower is ideal for a weekend getaway, or staying a night after a social function. The room is entirely separate from the main house with your own access. The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

This accommodation is ideal for those who prefer the rustic charm of a historic property over modern comforts. Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Recycled furniture, large bed, sofa, original fireplace and bathroom with shower cabin. Tiny veranda and a kitchenette, shared patio. NO KITCHEN. To use the fireplace, please BYO timber. This spacious self-contained guest house is convenient as it is located in walking distance to a supermarket, wetherill Park TAFE and bus lines, including the T80 line to Parramatta and Liverpool. It is also a short drive to the growing industrial zone in the local area. This space is ideal for students, workers on business trips, or anyone looking for long or short stays. There is unlimited street parking available and a park with pedestrian access close by.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

The Rose Guest Suite

Small modern guest suite (studio) with your own separate bed, living room, bathroom and well equiped kitchen. All self contained within a studio style room (attached to the main house) with separate entry door and in a convenient location. Just 5 minutes walk to Sefton train station and 8 minutes to grocery store, nearby park, swimming pool and club. Also includes a washing machine and shared clothes line at the back.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
