Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Escape to our newly refurbished, air-conditioned and private detached cabin. Longer stays welcome. A tranquil haven perfectly situated in Iffley Borders: a 12 minute bus ride into Oxford city centre, a 10 minute walk to the river and within easy access to the ring road. The cabin has its own private entrance, patio, and section of the garden. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. Fully equipped with its own kitchen, TV, power shower, washer/dryer.

This light & airy annexe is the perfect place for a trip to Oxford, minimalist decor with subtle influences of Bali. Situated at the bottom of our garden, you’ll have full privacy in this self contained unit. Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

“Dwelling place” in Cowley, Oxford is a friendly home that prizes warm colours and an artistic vibe. The downstairs has been redesigned in 2024 into a spacious open-plan living-dining kitchen which is the heart of the house. The owners' love for upcycling and craft is visible around the house as is her love for quiet and contemplation. Having lived cross culturally and used to home sharing both the owner and her lodger Ify love to welcome people from near and far. You will feel right at home.

Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University also. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.
