Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.

Kitty’s Place

Kitty’s Place is a one room cozy cabin. Here you can relax as a couple of two or with the family. There are four bunk beds with the option of privacy curtains and a queen size pull out couch. On the outside, you can enjoy a hike through the woods, grilling on the deck, or sitting around the fire pit. Another added bonus to the cabin’s location is we are one mile from State Game Lands 140.

Located less than 10 miles from Cornell and downtown Ithaca, you will be in an off-grid remote escape (limited to no wifi!) with a large pond (3/4 acre) perfect for swimming all summer and fall, and an epic view scape of rural upstate New York. Abutting a working farm, the cabin is perfect for nature lovers, birders, and romantic getaways.

I love my property for the year-round views! In yard access to river which is directly across from Hiawatha Island, a natural preserve owned by Waterman conservation. Island is open to the public for birdwatching (Bald Eagels) and hikers. I have kayaks and canoes you might want to use while here. River is active with fisherpersons!
