Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite.
