Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

La pequeña playa es casi privada. La selva que nos rodea es bellísima, llena de fauna local como variedad de iguanas, tejones y cuijas que son especies endémicas de la zona, siendo totalmente inofensivos al ser humano,no son transmisores de ninguna enfermedad. Durante los meses de invierno podrán disfrutar de la ballenas y delfines nadando justo en frente de nuestra propiedad.El costo por noche es hasta por 6 huéspedes, después de este numero se cobra extra por noche por huésped $70 dólares.
