Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Soak up all the best the city has to offer. This remodeled little home is one of the closest to The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium and within blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area.
