Wij bieden ons gezellige woonhuis aan midden in het rustige vissersdorp Huizen. Huizen is centraal gelegen door water, hei en bos met uitvalswegen richting Amsterdam en Utrecht per auto (30min) en openbaar vervoer (45min). Het huis is stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief ruime badkamer, keuken, wasruimte, tuin en woonruimte. In overleg is er een extra slaapkamer te realiseren. Op steenworp afstand van het huis diverse winkels waaronder supermarkt, slager en restaurants.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Return back to enjoy a barbecue atmosphere with your friends in the garden or read your favorite book with the glass of champagne in a hot bathtub.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.
