Being one of the original fishermen's cottages on Dungeness, Seaview Cottage has been lovingly restored to cater for modern needs yet still maintain it's old charm with the original wood panelled interior throughout. It is perfectly situated with sea views to the front and the wild shingle beach known as 'The Desert of England' all around you. The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

The North Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable completed in the lockdown of '21. We're bringing the outside in with natural woods, earthy tranquil colours, cosy textiles, beautiful pottery and art. With its handmade kitchen and top-end appliances and its scrumptious teal green bathroom with walk-in wet-room, freestanding bath and natural reclaimed walls. We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance). Whatever your preference, you wont be disappointed.

The Outside Inn is a newly renovated 19th Century weatherboard barn. It has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. There is 1 large bedroom with a Super King bed There is 1 bathroom with a large walk in powerful shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The sitting area has a very comfortable sofa. There’s a 9m x 4m covered outside area - bbq, dining, sofa, and heaters to make it useable all year round

The Lodge

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This is a 200 year old miners cottage (built in 1803). It is situated on the ancient Pilgrims Way outside the medieval village of Lenham in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage interior is in excellent decorative order; fully equipped; electric central heating plus log burning fire. Guests have use of the beautiful garden. Can also be a great base to visit London from the local station.
