Wake up to the morning sun over the lake in the loft, or rise after the sun in one of the two back bedrooms. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea while enjoying the lake view from the live edge bar top overlooking the water and watch for the Swans, Bald Eagles, and Blue Herons. After a hike on the trails, kayaking up the lake into conservation land, or fishing off the dock, relax in the hot tub. As the sun sets over the trees cuddle up on the couch with a good book and keep an ear out for the owls.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Welcome to The Holly at Amston Lake! Great two-bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful lake community. Great place to enjoy time with family and friends. Take a stroll down to the main beach or enjoy the great views of the lake from the deck! Don't forget about the gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit, kayaks, and two main beaches.

Our recently renovated lake house is situated on 1.5 acres just 250 steps to the Cove Road boat launch on beautiful Amston Lake. The lake is a pristine 188-acre retreat located in Lebanon and Hebron, CT. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, and sunbathing are all activities you can enjoy. Our two-bedroom cape on the cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace and quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
