It's the addition to our house that is a separate living space with it's own entrance, L shaped back yard, air/heat. WiFi included. Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
