The cottage backs to a lovely public footpath from which you can enjoy sweeping views to the sea from rolling green fields. Sandy beaches and coastal walks are minutes away (22 min drive to surf at Saunton Sands) and Barnstaple's Pannier Market & local eats are within walking distance.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub sunken into the decking .A large astro turf terrace with plenty of space for outdoor dining with a separate patio and gas barbeque , whilst the log burner in the lounge will make for a perfect cosy evening during the winter months.

Swimbridge self-contained annexe

Nestled in the picturesque and friendly village of Swimbridge, the annexe at Willows is a comfortable and well equipped base for those looking to explore the beautiful local area of North Devon. Integrated in the main house, but with independent access and parking it is easy to feel at home. Relax or work (good WiFi) in the lounge and use the kitchenette to self-cater or head to the village pub 200m away. Great beaches 14 miles / Exmoor National Park 5 miles. Sorry no pets.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Cosy Shepherd's Hut in beautiful North Devon

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! The Barn at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated in a tranquil valley in North Devon. Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
