The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

The apartment is modern and stylish in a comfortable relaxing countryside environment *Hot tub is for your sole use only* We are approximately 30 minutes drive to Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston with J33 M6 15 mins away. We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. You will be the only guests and have the ten peaceful acres to yourself. You may bring One dog for a small fee.
