The roof is fully teak shingles, double lined for waterproofness, and there is teak carpentry all throughout the house. The walls are actually doubly thick and coupled with high ceilings it provides an extremely comfortable and relaxing living experience inside the rooms. There is also a pool and large 3200m² garden for the kids to play in.
