The Cottage on Waneta is a three-season home located in the heart of the stunning Finger Lakes. With 50 feet of lakefront and dock on a sloped lot, this charming cottage offers an open floor plan, complete with kitchen, cozy living space, and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a custom shower and separate sink area for added convenience. A sun porch provides extra seating and sleeping space, leading to a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for enjoying lake views.

The Getaway Hideaway House is tucked near the scenic Honeoye and Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail—perfect for wine lovers, adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful escape. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Our cottage is professionally cleaned after each visit and boasts an expansive covered porch, full kitchen with gas stove and island for cooking, manicured lawn with fire pit, dock, and launch for the kayaks or canoe.
