Indulge in breathtaking views from the outdoor patio, steps away from the pristine public beach (note: the beach in front of the cottage is private property and is not owned by us). Inside, you'll find cozy accommodations, a fully equipped freshly renovated kitchen, and amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

The Greenwood Getaway

Whether you're into fishing, swimming, being cozy near the fire, or watching the stars from your wood-fired hot tub (it takes some work, but we promise it is worth it!), you can find your kind of fun at the Greenwood Getaway. We bought this cabin and renovated it to the way that our family would enjoy it most, and we've loved it so much that we can't help but want to share it with others. Beach and hiking in the summer, ice fishing, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter: our cottage is spacious and comfortable any time of the year! All the modern comforts are here along with a wood-burning stove as a bonus! You won't be roughing it, though nature is right out the front door: beaches and fishing are mins away, trails for hiking and a cute, quiet, rural setting. If you're looking for a family vacation or a getaway from the city, you'll find all the comforts of home at the lake!

Great place for relaxing, fishing ,hunting

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our 4 season cottage is situated 400m from beautiful Lake Winnipeg and offers year-round enjoyment for families looking for a getaway. Our 3 bedroom cottage has large windows looking out towards the lake area offering beautiful year-round scenery. The front of the cottage includes a kitchen/dining room, living room, access to the screened-in sunroom and a three piece bathroom. The cottage has a furnace and is air conditioned.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
