This brand new modern two bedroom cottage is perfect for relaxing. It has high quality fittings, fixtures and appliances, you will also be very comfortable year round with the heat pump. Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Breakfast cereals provided . You will love it. A pleasant garden and views top it all off....while being handy to town.
