This handmade cabin is made from logs and timbers that came from the property and is equipped with hot running water, TV and movies, beautiful full kitchen with stove and fridge, full bathroom.

Puerto Betty

Welcome to Puerto Benoir, a water front cottage on Benoir Lake. This cottage has been renovated from top to bottom and is right on the edge of Algonquin Provincial Park. Satellite TV with premium programming and WIFI high speed internet with unlimited data is included. Gradual entry into the sand bottom lake is what you will find. The cottage has a dock which can hold boat, and there is a swim raft out in the bay. The cottage has 2 paddle boats, 2 kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks.

Listen to the sound of the gentle rapids and birds singing as you reacquaint yourself with nature at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the dock and watch the sunset. Sip a drink by the indoor wood burning fireplace while looking out the window at moving water. Watch the leaves change colour and fall from the trees. Paddle the lazy river in a canoe or relax in the hammock. Rolling Rapids Retreat is a private riverside cabin that is designed for couples or solo travellers.

Birch Cabin-2 Min to Lakes/Snowmobile trails

Enjoy a quite stay on a wooded lot in the heart of cottage country! The cabins are conveniently located within a short walking distance to the lovely town of Dorset, Kawagama Lake and Lake of Bays. The scenic lookout tower and hiking, snowmobiling and ATV trails are all at our doorstep! In town you can find restaurants on the water, Robinson's General Store and an LCBO. Come swim in the pristine waters, fawn over the fall colours or go for a rip on your snowmobile. It's all here!

Rustic Lakefront Cabin: Our small lakefront cabin is one of 3 waterfront rental cabins located at West Pines Park Resort - just a short drive from Algonquin Park - and amongst other campsites. Your cabin is steps away from the water and sandy shoreline. Beside your cabin is a sandy beach and playground for the kids! Enjoy campfires under the stars and grab an ice cream at the Scooped Moose Ice Cream Parlour (open seasonally). Includes: canoes, kayaks and paddle boards.

Decorated with a beachy boho meets mid-century vibe, it's cozy and airy at the same time! The private deck offers the perfect place to listen to the birds and read a good book. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!

Retreat style cottage + wood fired sauna

A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores. Bedding and towels are an additional fee of 30.00 per bed. Please inquire. Long weekends are 3 days/nights minimum.

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.
