The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. This is our cute little bungalow home. It has two bedrooms, one bath, sun room/laundry area with back door going out to the deck and a large fenced in yard. Our home has lots of windows with natural light. Close to hwy entrance for access to Fanfest, sporting events and hospitals. Maybe 10 minutes tops to get downtown or south KC. Large deck for those nice days or evenings to sit outside. Nice weber grill to grill and patio table and chairs. Our home is almost 100 years old-was built in 1924.

Mobility Friendly 2BR Garage + Step-Free Entry

Great space for family or business travel, includes garage. Close to Legends shopping, I70 and I435 highways. We say disability friendly because it is a new build with wide doorways and a no barrier entrance from the garage. We have lowered the digital garage door keypad to wheelchair height. The largest bathroom has front loader laundry, a roll up sink and a no barrier shower with grab bars and an adjustable shower head. Trash carts are on the North side of the building.
