You will stay in a house that forms part of the history of the Gunks, and today makes a perfect base for hikers, climbers, runners, cyclists and cross-country skiers. The 65-mile network of carriage roads in Minnewaska State Park Preserve and the Mohonk Preserve is accessible just a few hundred yards from a historic modernized house. You can explore swimming holes and lakes, many miles of more rugged trails, and the popular climbing area (Gunks) of Peter’s Kill, just a 5-minute walk away.

This charming Aframe is tucked into the Catskill mountains, with spectacular seasonal views of the Rondout Reservoir. This house is cozy with rustic charm and is the perfect getaway nature-lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many hiking trails and waterfalls just a short drive away. A sanctuary for goats, animal lovers can visit with over 30 rescues during their stay. Art materials and yoga mats are provided to round out a perfect escape for you to unwind, rest, relax and heal.

The back of the cottage is has a screened in porch, an outdoor huge tub and lounge. It is facing a beautiful pond, a fire pit and deep woods and vibrant nature.
