The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.

I am located 1/4 mile from Moors Marina and Buckhorn Boat Ramp. House built in 2019...comes with a boat slip and free golf cart. I have a 23' Bennington Pontoon boat for rent. PRIME LOCATION!!! Located straight across the lake from the Rock Quarry, the Sands and Smith Bay. I am renting out the top of my house...I live in the basement which has its own entrance and parking. Feel free to come and enjoy the lake as I do myself!

Basic Kitchen Utensils and Linens are provided. This log Cabin is up on a steep hill to get to the driveway.
