Our townhome is a great alternative to the crowded, local hotels. It has a pool right outside the backdoor and is about a block from the beach. You can relax on your balcony as you watch the kids play in the pool below. You will love to cook in the stocked kitchen with everything you need. The townhome is within walking distance to a popular local bar and an amazing coffee shop but out of the major traffic areas of PCB. You will not regret staying at this cozy beach townhome. Dogs stay free.

Entire house to yourself. 1 large bedroom with king size bed and attached bath w/ tiled walk-in shower, living room w/main floor bathroom, queen sleeper sofa, dining area and kitchen w/ cook top, NO OVEN. Smart TV, WiFi and Laundry. Great for a luxurious couples getaway. Fur babies are welcome. Unfortunately, there is no yard. Located within walking distance to the beach at only 450 ft. That's a 2 min walk!

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
