This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Situated in a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of our house, this unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport and cute garden courtyard to have your sunset drinks or morning coffee. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit.

Welcome to Green Door a homely self contained space that overlooks gardens, pool and park. 5 minutes walk to Chirn Park coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket etc Close to the Surfers Paradise and sporting venues , in walking distance to bus and five minutes drive to tram and train connection. Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.

My apartment is the perfect place to either sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings or go and take in all the Gold Coast has to offer. All Themeparks ie. Movie World, SeaWorld etc are within 20mins drive, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. The famous Charis Seafood is straight across the road, where you will see pelican feeding at 1:30pm everyday. I love to travel and understand the need for a comfortable place to stay whilst you are travelling... that home away from home!

Air conditioned little cabin with private entrance in a 24 hour security patrolled Eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI.
