Llegarás a una cómoda estancia anexo a nuestra casa , ubicada enfrente con entrada independiente, mini cocina y baño solamente para ti y un acompañante, y con la tranquilidad que nosotros los anfitriones estamos viviendo en la parte trasera pero no tendremos contacto contigo solamente si nos necesitas , es un lugar tranquilo y céntrico.Tenemos de mascota un gatito siamés llamado Botitas que anda afuera , es inofensivo. Nos encontramos a 35 millas de Padre Island, a 27 millas de Space X .

2BR/2BA Condo near Beach access

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Fully furnished home in Port Isabel that sleeps 7 guests maximum right on the Bay, 4 miles to the beaches in South Padre Island. Home features a full size kitchen & all necessary kitchen essentials, 2 -1/2 baths. Master suite welcomes you with King sized bed, 40" Tv; on-suite bath with standup shower! Room #2 features a full-size bed, twin trundle. Room #3 features two twin sized beds. Per HOA-no "spring breakers” allowed -ALL Guests MUST BE AGE 28 or older in MARCH- except families!

This retro house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. You will likely feel a mix of nostalgia contrasted by the comforts of modern day conveniences. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard.
