The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

We will continue to completely sanitize the cottage after each guest, door knobs, keypad included. The cottage is by itself and only our wonderful housekeeper Tina, and the guests enter. All towels and bedding are removed after each visit.

It sleeps 5 3 small beds and one roll out queen size sofa bed. and has been furnished with all new appliances. It is located on a corner lot with a fenced in yard. Just a few feet from the water and steps away from the county store. No cancellation fee! Bring the kids and the boat!!
