It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Das Loft ist zur Alleinnutzung umgebaut worden und befindet sich in einer renovierten Eisenwarenfabrik aus dem Jahr 1901. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von kleien Café, Kneipen, Restaurants und Bars. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Viele Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten sind unlängst in nur wenigen Stationen zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.
