"Kamara" meaning arch in English is a traditional Venetian building made from stone sitting over an archway in a public square. Its central position in Chania's old town area of Splantzia, close to the harbour & located next to the Saint Nicholas Church makes it an ideal base to explore from. It is fully equipped with household appliances and offers dedicated internet access.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
