The estate consists of 2 two story buildings: 1) Main Villa with sea view: On the ground floor a patio, an open living room with sundeck, dining room with eat-in-kitchen and storage On the first floor a large bedroom (35m2) with walk-in-closet and as spacious, half open bathroom, all surrrounded by a terrace/sundeck with a stunning view. 2) A guest-house with garden view: On the ground floor an air-conditionned room with a queensize bed and a daybet, an indoor bathroom with shower and sep. toilet as well as an outdoor sedroom hower-place. On the first floor a spacious bedroom (32m2) with a small terrace. Sunrise Villa is ideal for 2 - 6 persons. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The large table offers seats up to 8 persons. Aircondition is in 1 room only; in the other rooms is natural air circulation - movable fans are available. The Villa is nestled into the hillside in a natural garden, surrounded by luscious green and overlooking the sea ant the limstone formations of Phang Na.Public sandy beaches can be reached within walking distance within 5 -10 min. A choice of restaruants and little bars and simple shopping facilities are in vicinity. The main villae and the pier for Phuket or Krabi can be reached within 15 - 20 min by taxi or motorbike. Tour operator for excursions, diving boat and/or motorbike rental are in vicinity.
