Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

Beachside Breeze - Pools, hot tub, & beach access

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, indoor pool & hot tub are open year round, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/25/2026 - 10/31/2026. This unit is along the side of the condo with only a small ocean view from the balcony. Free parking for 3 cars. Sheets &towels provided. Drip coffee maker & Keurig available. 1/2 mile to the Wright Brothers Monument. Grocery stores and restaurants all within 1 mile.

Hi! This is Next To Sea -- a gorgeous, oceanfront Outerbanks beach house with spacious views of the ocean and sound. Designed with guests’ optimum comfort in mind and loaded up on “extras.” Bask in relaxation in this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home featuring 3 ocean-facing, en-suite bedrooms, a bunkroom with private deck, and 2 floors of decks. Plus, we've stocked up on top-level amenities, like Vitamix, All Clad, Lenox, Bose, Nikon binoculars, kayaks, toys and more.

You Are My Sunshine -Walk To Beach-Golfing-Hot Tub

Short beautiful walk to the beach on a one way lane or to the club house for a round of golf or two , live music is always in walking distance . Close to quaint and modern conveniences for dining and or drinks . The kids will love not only the views , but the places that are safe to walk to . There is a cute little ice cream shop right before you jump onto the beach . This 3 bedroom cottage has all the amenities that you need as well as a hot tub to relax in.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
