It's a very spacious and beautiful space. There are many products that both children and adults can enjoy. We have put a lot of effort into making your stay at the house more enjoyable. It's about a one-minute walk from the station, and if you walk through the arcade of the shopping street, you won't get wet even in the rain. It's also close to Universal Studios, and since it's a shopping street, you won't have any trouble finding places to eat, drink, or shop. There is also a Family Mart convenience store just 30 seconds away on foot.

BIO_006 ワクワクする多層空間

Batonship Inn Osaka、通称BIOは、Batonship LLCが運営する再生建物の宿です。“キタの北ナガヤ”という、事務所、店舗、宿泊施設の13区画からなる複合施設にあります。 長屋は隣戸と壁を共有する棟続きのシンプルな建物で、それぞれの住戸が独立した玄関を持つ集合住宅の一種です。この日本の伝統的な住まいは地域の豊かなコミュニティや文化の形成に貢献してきましたが、老朽化等の理由で年々減少しています。 それでも近畿地方、特に大阪の下町にはまだ多くの長屋が残っています。 “キタの北ナガヤ”は、大阪長屋の再生活用の新たな手法です。耐震、断熱、防音と丁寧に改修し、1階は主に店舗、2階は主に宿泊施設に再編し、1階の一部を減築してイベントなどに使える共用庭を設け地域に愛される施設になりました。 BIOは6戸あります。いずれのBIOも出来るだけ建物の古い要素を残し、自然素材を用いて、それぞれ異なるデザインテーマで再生しました。6戸の中からお気に入りを見つけて、あなたらしい旅の拠点にして下さい。
