Es wurde 2016 kernsaniert & sehr komfortabel modernisiert, ohne dabei Urtümlichkeit& Flair dieses Tiroler Bauernhauses zu zerstören. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Ski-Verleih etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. "Autofrei, ich bin dabei" ist hier eine echte Option. Der Skibus hält am Haus (4 Min zur Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental), Gegenüber der Bahnhof (10Min Hahnkammbahn & Kitzbühel)

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Ski in, Ski out! Besser kann man dieses wunderschöne, freistehende Chalet direkt an der Skipiste von Kirchberg nicht kennzeichnen. Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Chalet steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Chalet wurde 2016 renoviert und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.
