There is a fabulous view of the Kingsbridge estuary from the bedroom and the living space so you can enjoy the sparkle of the water in your bed or while eating at the large table overlooking the garden and large patio. With folding patio doors there is the option of outdoor/indoor living or a game of pool if it's raining.

This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

Situated on the Kingsbridge estuary, this first floor modern apartment is a wonderful escape. It has incredible views, river access with mooring and the most superb sunrises and sunsets! Comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests on our King, 3 single beds and pull out child's trundle bed. Please note this property can sleep a maximum of 5 adults. A dedicated parking space allows ease of parking and a secure, small exclusive apartment block right on the riverside.

The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), firing up the BBQ and cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

A stones throw from eclectic Fore Street it is a quiet and secluded cottage, along a secret passage. Pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries to Salcombe within walking distance. Dogs maybe accepted on request.
