Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Stay in amongst Eltham Bush.

This bed sit looks out two large windows/doors, onto beautiful bush and a creek bordered by huge manna gums. The main house's back garden surrounds the unit which is full of light and beauty. There is a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich maker and bar fridge and a small couch with a large TV. There is also a small desk for work. It is cleaned under AirB&B procedures ; a beautiful space, with a private entrance.

It has been tastefully renovated and built to take in the ambiance of surrounding gardens and natural bush. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
