The Beach House Strangford

Certified by Tourism NI, all our rooms (except the bathroom!) have spectacular sea views. Our place is aTourist Board accredited farmhouse, close to the Dromara Hills, Slieve Croob Scenic Loop, Newcastle, Castlewellan Forest Park, Mourne Mountains, Hillsborough. The accommodation is 2 stories, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs (2 double and a twin bedroom). Downstairs is kitchen/ living room, separate sitting room and toilet/ shower room. Spacious yard is great for parking. We welcome couples, business travellers, families, pets, golfers, film crews, walkers and cyclists

This 150 yr old cottage has been restored bringing its facilities into the 21st century but still possessing some of those original features of a time gone by. Lizzie's cottage is adjacent to a family home complete with its own parking, jacuzzi and bbq facilities. The cottage offers spectacular views of Slieve Donard and is close to Castlewellan and Newcastle as well as 40minutes from Belfast.
