The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Our home is right next to the fabulous Waterford Greenway,near Clonea Beach, Dungarvan, the Comeraghs, Copper Coast etc The Greenway is 1 min away - from here you can walk or cycle to the beach, into Dungarvan or Waterford. Bike hire is available locally. Stay in a private apartment with one double bedroom, living room with day bed ( 2 single beds) sofa, smart tv, WC, shower and kitchenette. Patio with table. The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy
