The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

Villa is in a peaceful village bordering a field and view to entire area. 10 min drive from the amazing beaches of Netanya. It is our residence and we make it available when going on vacation. הבקתה ממוקמת בחצר הענקית שלנו בשכונת רמת פולג הפסטורלית. השכונה ממוקמת במרחק הליכה של 15 דקות מחוף פולג ומקניון עיר ימים. החצר משותפת לוילה, אבל ישנה פרטיות לאורחי הבקתה. הכניסה לחצר דרך מעבר חיצוני, ללא תלות בוילה. גודל הבקתה 15 מ"ר. שימו לב! חדר הרחצה והשירותים הם חיצוניים ונמצאים בנפרד מהבקתה ובצמוד לה. חדר הרחצה והשירותים הינם פרטיים לשימוש אורחי הבקתה, אך כדי להשתמש בהם צריך לצאת מהבקתה ולהכנס לחדר הרחצה. הבקתה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך בכדי לשהות, ליהנות, לנפוש או לעבוד :)
