Welcome to our seaside chalet on a small friendly site situated in the lovely area of Kessingland. This area is great to explore. For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

Relax and enjoy this refurbed, modern and light, 3 bedroomed beachfront chalet on a quiet, well kept, private park. South facing with a small outside area to take in the partial sea views. Direct access to the beach just a stone's throw away. Pet friendly and child friendly. 32" Smart TV and high speed WiFi. Open planned, stylish and comfortable living space with a modern kitchen with washing machine, breakfast bar and seperate dining area. We have an outside tap for sandy feet and paws.

The chalet is situated on a site with other chalets in the quiet Village of Kessingland. -1.5 miles from the Zoo (Africa Alive). - Local pub &cafes. - Fish and chips. - Children’s play park a walk away. - Pizza Hut, Morrisons, Subway & more a 5 minute drive away in Pakefield. -20 minute drive from Southwold.

Within walking distance of a sandy beach & 2 local pubs, this early 19th-century public house has been stunningly converted to offer spacious open plan accommodation with exceptional fittings, a pool table and BBQ/pizza stone. Its great location has everything you need on the doorstep: beach; shops & restaurants; car boot; Africa Alive and the popular tourist attraction of Southwold within an easy drive. We allow a maximum of two dogs,this must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Seafront cosy chalet

Holiday chalet on quiet site in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fantastic sea views: watch the sun (and moon) rise from the comfort of the bedroom or living room! Perfect for long walks (beach and country) and quiet relaxing times. No internet to distract from nature! Simple but comfortable accommodation with good heating system. Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Port Side

Right on the High Street in the heart of Southwold, Port Side holiday apartment has the perfect mix of modern and rustic beauty to make you feel at home. With 2 full king size bedrooms with en-suites, port side sleeps up to 4 guests and boasts top of the range appliances making your stay one to remember. Please note Port Side is accessed via a metal staircase to the first floor, whilst we love our high over the town it may not be suitable to all guests!

The View Contemporary frontline lodge with panoramic sea views, large wrap round decking with outside furnishings, parking. One king bed with ensuite, One double bed and one double sofa bed located in lounge area. The View is located within ocean glade at the beautiful Azure Seas holiday park, within walking distance to the beach, woods, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, and nearby pubs. The view is a perfect base for many attractions on the east coast.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.
