Only a short 3 minute drive to Magheroarty beach where you can avail of island tours and ferry services to local islands. Glenveagh National Park, Errigal & Muchish Mountains, Ards Forest Park and Croilthlí distillery are all within a 30 minute drive.

Doagh Cottage & Calf House, Portsalon, Co. Donegal

Two historic cottages on 84 acres of stunning private coastal headland with their own little beach; tucked away at the very end of a quiet country road on the Wild Atlantic Way. Ideal for families, singles, couples, grandparents and friends who love the sea, walking, heritage, wildlife and the outdoors. 3km from the popular village of Portsalon with its pier, bar and famously beautiful Ballymastocker Beach. Mill Cottage

This quaint one-bedroom cottage is situated in a peaceful area in lovely landscaped grounds and is the ideal location to explore the beautiful unspoilt county of Donegal. The cottage has been lovingly restored, in the traditional style and is kept cosy with a wood burning stove and oil fired central heating. The snug mezzanine bedroom overlooks the kitchen/sitting room, a delightful place to rest your head after a day's exploring.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

Unique and peaceful, family- and pet-friendly beach house surrounded by nature. Sleeps x6 in 3 bedrooms. Only 10 minutes walk to the nearest shore. Walking distance (20 minutes) to Dooey beach, where you can book the private Dooey beach sauna, Surf or Stand Up Paddleboard lessons. Short drive to Lettermacaward village with 2 shops, pubs incl. food, live music and traditional Irish music sessions.
