The property has the best swimming hole in all of Three Rivers and it will be yours for your family to enjoy together. The property is over 10 acres and goes all the way down to the lake--but, please keep in mind it's pretty steep, so it's probably unsafe to directly get to the lake that way. That said, there's direct lake access less than 0.25 miles from the front door. The house is also only 29 minutes to Alta Sierra Ski Resort and 23 minutes to Remington Hot Springs!

Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.
