Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Welcome to our 2 bedroom/1 bath suits, larger then hotel rooms with the same views of the more expensive hotels. We have four units and each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, living area & bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. Limit 4 people. This is a vacation rental, if you need anything, please let us know. If you do not need anything then, our staff has done a good job. .

Downtown Waterfront Suite with Rez Bay Views

NOTE: Kitchen and bathroom remodeled May 2025. The suite includes a stovetop and convection air fryer oven. This is a small kitchenette, best for simple meals, not full cooking. If you plan to cook daily, it may not be the best fit. -- This is a clean and cozy private downstairs unit, attached to our family home, with a private entrance. Owners on site and happy to help with local activities.

Take it easy at this unique and special getaway. We have our mother in law suite ready for your vacation to Seward. Our rental is private for your family/friends and includes a movie theatre projector, air popper (popcorn for your movie), specialty tub/shower, and a view to take your breath away.
