The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Couthie Cooshed in the Cairngorms

Lovely holiday cottage in the Cairngorms for two with open plan kitchen living area, cosy sleeping gallery, contemporary shower room and private patio. The Couthie Cooshed is cosy well appointed and is set in a private garden on the edge of fields. This barn is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the country surrounded by fields and wildlife. Our cottage sleeps 4 guests, with two bedrooms, an inviting self catering kitchen, and cosy living room with log burner for relaxing after a day of exploring. We are located just a 10 minute drive from the town of Inverurie and are a short walk from the luxurious Thainstone House Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants. Dogs welcome.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
