Huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the lower floor, with spacious balcony and patio set. 1 private parking spot, bus stop across the street.

Located just a short walk from the city center and its vibrant nightlife,within the historic castle walls.Situated on a hill,the neighborhood offers views of the city-including a direct view of Kavala"s iconic aqueduct,the "kamares" right from the house. The house features a lovely private countryard-a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The area is pedestrian-only,with no car access.Public parking is located apprx 250 meters away you can reach the house on foot.

Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

Cozy studio which is quite close to the center and 500 meters from the nearest beach! It has a nice garden for relaxation overlooking the sea and the forest of Panagouda. At 50 meters there is a bus stop which goes to the city center and the beaches of Rapsani and Kalamitsa. It is located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood with free parking and a mini market 50 meters away.

Hello everyone! Our house is located in Panagia, a neighborhood with scenic narrow streets in the old town of Kavala city. It´s a detached house with the ground floor occupied by us and the first floor for Airbnb hosting. We use airbnb in all of our trips and we are delighted and satisfied. We speak greek, english and spanish and would be happy to host you in our place!
