There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.
