Τhe property is located in the village Agios Georgios /Kaliviani at the beginning of the peninsula of Gramvousa and at the beginning of the road to the unique Balos lagoon 8klm,and the Falasarna 8 klm.Elafonisi is 40klm. Ιt is half anhour driving west of Chania and 4klm west of Kissamos town. It is 50klm of Chania airport. Distance 1 min.on car there are gas station, bakery supermarket, taverns and distance 1 klm there are a lot of small beaches with crystal water like (νiglia pahia ammos)

Η κατοικία είναι ανεξάρτητη με αυλή και parking,με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με ένα διπλό και δύο μονά κρεβάτια.Μία σαλοκουζίνα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβάτι, τζάκι και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Απέχει 50 χλμ από τον αερολιμένα και το λιμάνι είναι κοντά στις παραλίες του Μπάλου,των Φαλασάρνων, της Γραμβούσας,του Ελαφονησίου κ.α. Κατόπιν συνεννόησης φιλοξενούνται κατοικίδια.

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.
