I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

Thank you for considering renting our historical property. Meticulously restored to its former glory while being fitted with the most modern amenities, our house is one of the finest remaining examples of the particular Taisho era architecture of the 1920's. Located 12-15 mn by foot from Kyoto station, 350m west of the UNESCO world heritage site of Toji temple and 2,500 Sqft in size, a total of 6 guests can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, complemented by 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, 2 Japanese gardens.

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

柳庵は京都の奥座敷亀岡市にあります。京都の町中からは少し離れていますが、最寄駅から電車で嵯峨嵐山迄10分、二条駅迄は17分と市内と比べてもそれほど不便では無いかと思います。 駐車場も充分にございますので、ご親戚のお集まりにもお勧めです。 近くにはトロッコ列車や保津川下りの出発地点があり皆様で楽します。宿の100m圏内にはショッピングモールTやレストランがあり大変便利です。ソファベッドを含む二組のベッド、ベビーコットが使用できます。 Yanagian's nearest station St.UMAHORI is 25 minutes from St. Kyoto. 10 minutes to st.Arashiyama, 17 minutes to St.Nijo. It's also convenient, if you book Romantic train. There are supermarket, Pharmacy, DIY store and restaurants close by. We have 2 beds and baby cot.

There are neighbors and an English language school for kids below this house so between 2pm-7:30pm you will definitely children practicing English as a second language. This is NOT a party house. Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
