The 3rd bedroom is located next to the living room, combining easy access with privace. The appartment has two balconies, offering barbecue facilities. The house is factionaly decorated and full equipt including dishwasher all the cooking facilities. The amazing beach from kalamitsi is 4 min walking, situated only 140 metres away.

Το σπίτι μας είναι 105 τ.μ. τριών υπνοδωματίων, εκ των οποίων το ένα είναι σοφίτα με ενα διπλό κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα & πλυντήριο ρούχων καθώς και κήπο 850 τ.μ με μπάρμπεκιου. Υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία της Τορώνης, η οποία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300μ.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
