Stay in Kadıköy, a peaceful local spot on Istanbul’s Asian side. Walk to seaside, Bağdat Avenue, Caddebostan or Moda Pier in 5 min. Marmaray trains take you to Üsküdar, Taksim, Beşiktaş, Old Town, Sultanahmet, Galata, Hagia Sophia, Istiklal St. major European side landmarks in less than 20 min. You’ll have a private double bed room in a shared 3+1 flat with a living area, kitchenette and bathroom. Flat has Air Conditioning in the living room! The area blends green parks, shops and great cafés.

Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.
